Leadership in the church is of vital importance. The Bible instructs us about the role of elders in a local congregation and gives us their qualifications in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1. We must provide good “followship” in order for good “leadership” to have the desired impact. Let’s love our leaders and encourage them in their important work among us.
